The whirlwind of the day seemed to slow down to a soft whisper as she saw him for the first time. Even though they were about to walk down the aisle, Amber wanted to make sure that this moment happened: a "first glimpse" of her future husband before she walked down the aisle. The rest of the day could wait, but these few precious moments were the perfect pause to prepare Amber and Sean for this final step on their road to becoming man and wife. Once they parted, it was only a few short minutes later til they saw each other again, this time with Amber slowly making her way down the aisle to the man of her dreams.
Family is everything. They come in different shapes and different sizes, but at the end of the day, family is a huge part of what makes us who we are. And for Amber and Sean, their little family is made up of three members: Amber, Sean, and their adorable corgi, Rosco. These three are quite inseparable, to the point that Rosco was even permitted to be in church where they were married! This perfectly captured the dynamic of this adventurous little family as they celebrated the day with each other from beginning to end.
Northern Michigan seemed to understand that this was supposed to be a special day and delivered the warmest weekend in a Northern Michigan to date for Amber and Sean's wedding day. Gone were the mounds of snow and ice and in their place stood trees that were just beginning to bloom and fields that felt the sun warmth for the first time this year. From their hilltop hotels to the vast expanse of land surrounding Sunset Hill Wedding Barn, the views continued throughout the day.
Amber and Sean, your adventurous spirits truly mark you as a couple who are the "perfect match" for each other. We clearly see your excitement and joy over the things that you both enjoy doing together (and Rosco), and we can't think of a better place to begin your marriage: simply loving being with each other. And the best part? This can only be the start as you two find many more ways to spend the days, weeks, months, and years loving each other. We are so grateful to be along for the ride and we cannot wait to see where your adventures take you next!
