Emily and Logan | Maternity Session | Silver Beach, St. Joe, MI

There's something special about new life. The first cries, the first steps, the first words, and every moment of excitement that comes along with those moments. We can't help but think about these moments during our maternity sessions and about the fact that our beautiful moms and dads are going to bring such life and joy to their kids! But as we drove over to St. Joe for Emily and Logan's maternity shoot, we had yet to find out how much life and joy Emily and Joe were going to bring to us!

By the time we finished and the sun was setting in the distance, we found ourselves walking back to our cars, repeatedly asking Emily and Logan to make sure that they had not been models in the past! Even in the midst of cold temperatures, these two were so patient, so kind, and so incredibly "model-status" that we simply kept looking at each other thinking "How can they be this good when it's this cold out right now?"

Emily and Logan, we cannot contain our excitement for you and your precious baby girl! Remember that you two are a team, and it's going to take both of you to raise her with the love and joy we see in both of you. Show grace when the evenings get long, and don't forget to laugh when things get hard, because these moments will not last forever; so cherish them while you have the time. We can't to meet "Baby Tilley" soon!
