Heather + Trevor | Engagement Shoot | Holland, MI

If you've ever wanted a textbook example of how to make your engagement shoot weekend simply amazing, you need to chat with Heather and Trevor. Not only did they decide to stay an extra day after their shoot, but they also decided to invite friends along and turn their one evening of engagement photos into a full mini-vacation weekend, complete with exploring the best that Holland has to offer! As we got closer to meeting them and hearing about how they were creating this incredible weekend, we found ourselves thinking "If only we had met Heather and Trevor when we were planning our engagement shoot!"

As we scouted around and studied Holland before the photos began, we quickly realized that most engagement shoots in Holland happen when there isn't snow on every building and tree in the downtown area. Thankfully, this allowed the four of us to explore Holland with brand new eyes and find new ways to capture the fun and life that Heather and Trevor bring with them wherever they go! By the time we were finished with their session, we were already trading recommendations for restaurants and making plans to meet up again before their wedding day, just to spend time together as friends!

Heather and Trevor, the afternoon with you has been one of our highlights of the winter! The way in which you make each other laugh and enjoy even the simplest moments is truly contagious, and once we left, we found ourselves so thrilled that we are already planning to get together with you two later on this year! Until then, just keep being you and before you know it, it will be October and you two will be standing together saying "I do" while we cheer you on!!
