Keeler Family | Maternity Session | Lawrence, MI
One of the happiest by-products of becoming photographers has been the long-lasting relationships that we've gotten to develop! Whether it is a bride and groom looking for anniversary photos or a couple wanting their first maternity shoot, we've finally started to hit the season of our business where our "first-time" clients are becoming repeating photo sessions! This is where we find ourselves this week, spending time with Jake, Heather, and Molly; one of our first family sessions from back in 2019!
Jake and Heather's farm house gave us SO many different fun options for their maternity session! From beginning with a mini-indoor "lifestyle" session and ending with a gorgeous sunset-lit field, we were able to make one location look like three! Molly was our "larger than life" family member who had enough smiles (and sass) for the entire family, reprising her role of one of our all-time favorite kids from their family session back in 2019! ! While Jake and Heather got their own romantic "husband and wife" photos, Josh spent his time walking around their yard with Molly, searching for the elusive "unicorn" that she was sure was hiding somewhere around their property. However, instead of just the "Keeler Three," this portrait session was all about the newest member that will be joining in the new future!
Jake and Heather, we are so thrilled for you all to become a family of four! We already know that Molly is going to be the best big sister ever, and it's all because of how you two have lovingly raised her and led her as awesome parents! And now that your maternity photos are all done, we can all breathe a sigh of relief that we were able to get your shoot done before baby showed up! We are already looking forward to some game nights in the future, but until then, enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation as you guys get ready for kiddo #2!

We made a pretty big deal of Mommy and Daddy kissing, and so of course, our little buddy joined in on cracking up at them!
Heather had the amazing idea to take a photo that she could later *insert baby* into the photo in place of the bump! Can't you just imagine the cuteness?!
The beautiful sun really came through for these photos! Our first original "shoot day" that was cancelled was cold, rainy, and SUPER cloudy! While this new day may have been blasted with wind, the Keeler family were troopers through it all and we were blessed back with this gorgeous sunshine!
Heather, you are simply STUNNING! We can't wait for sweet baby to meet her mommy.
