Molly + Charlie | Engagement | Rosy Mound Natural Area | Grand Haven, MI

As the scorching Michigan summers slowly give way to fall, our beautiful state often tends to not only show up but also show off when it comes to how beautiful the autumn leaves become! Since our lovely state tends to be slightly bipolar when it comes to when the cold weather arrives, we are always hoping and praying for our fall engagement shoots that the beautiful colors will still be around and not simply blanketing the ground. Thankfully, Molly and Charlie's engagement shoot landed right in the sweet spot for not only some gorgeous colors but also some warm, cozy snuggles!

Although this wasn't our first time visiting Rosy Mound, this was our first time visiting when we could see the ground! (Check out Kathleen and Ben's Engagement shoot to see what Rosy Mound looks like in the winter!) Thankfully, one of Rosy Mound's signature attributes is almost a mile long walk down to the beach, giving us plenty of time to not only meet but also get to know Molly and Charlie! And once we found out that they love coffee even more than we do, we were even more convinced at how perfect these two are for each other!

Molly and Charlie, you both were such a joy to hang out with for the evening! (Even if we were all a tiny bit frozen by the end!) Although we loved getting to chat with you one on one on our walks at Rosy Mound, when you both came together, that's when you truly shone! We can still remember the smiles we saw when Charlie would pull Molly in close, and we can only imagine that this is what life is like with you two: filled with fun little moments where you both make each other smile! It's so evident how you two not only found each other, but also how you picked each other as "The One" for you! Your engagement shoot has us already looking forward to hanging out with you in 2022 at Black River Barn for your beautiful wedding!
