Nicala + Josh | Engagement | South Haven, MI
“I contacted the owner of the South Haven movie theatre and asked if they would put ‘Coming Soon: Josh and Nicala Rey’ on their marquee for engagement pictures and they said they would love to!”
It was at this moment that our excitement for Nicala and Josh’s engagement session rose to a whole new level!
To say that these two were “cute” during their engagement session in South Haven would be a massive understatement! We could constantly hear Josh telling Nicala how beautiful she was (which he definitely was NOT WRONG about!) and as we spent the evening with them, we could quickly see how these two were made for each other! When we pulled up to the movie theatre, they were so thankful to the owner who had worked with them to make their “marquee” dream a reality!
Our one concern was that Josh and Josh got along a little TOO well! ;) At the end of the session, Nicala’s Josh walked up to us and offered the beautiful flowers they had used for one of their props! Andrea’s Josh promptly took them, drove straight home, and proceeded to take pictures of his new flower arrangement! Needless to say, these two Josh’s are going to have quite a lot of fun on the wedding day!
Nicala and Josh, you two simply shine when you are around each other. We loved hearing your love story in our client meeting; from how you met to how Josh proposed! The story about your ceremony church that you shared during your engagement session was so special, especially since we got the rare opportunity of taking photos at the same spot you will get married at in seven months! We simply cannot wait to spend your wedding day with you and capture your love, because that love is what truly made this engagement shoot so special. We love you guys! We’ll see you in 2021!
And in case you wondered, YES! This very church is where these two will say "I do" this upcoming January!!
